2011 and through 2012 will continue to have a lot of Short Sales FOR SALE.

A lot of people are in a predicament where they have come under financial hardship & insolvency…  their home is completely under water, and they don’t know what to do.  It has come down to either letting their home go into Foreclosure, OR, trying to sell it as a Short Sale.

What can make or break that decision, is whether or not you can obtain a WAIVER of the deficiency judgment if you short-sell your home.  The more of a hardship and financial insolvency you can show, the more likely you will get this waiver.  As the Short Sale process has become more streamlined we are seeing more waivers accepted.

I will put you in touch with the professional Short Sale negotiating company I work with.  This is what they do for a living.  Due to the overwhelming work involved, this company will complete the complex set of tasks, disclosures, and handle potential liabilities associated with the short sale.
