So I started searching. And while many realtors out there make the claim that they know how to work with first-time home buyers very few actually do. And even fewer, are willing to work with people who don’t have 10k already in the bank. BJ was the first, the only, realtor who was able to actually help me in my search. He even put me in contact with a lender and very good Home Inspector. After two months, I moved into my first home.
